Credit Card / Paypal

You can use a credit card to send us money using our paypal account even if you don’t have an account yourself! Unfortunately, paypal doesn’t allow Tanzanian accounts so we have established one under our name in Germany. If you donate here, we can provide transfer receipts upon request to show that the money was collected in Tanzania

2. If you wish to use your Credit Card or you don’t have a paypal account…
3. Just click CONTINUE to the left of the paypal log-on under the title: Don’t have a PayPal account?
4. Otherwise just sign in to your paypal to continue
5. After sending the money (which paypal guarantees against fraud) We can provide you with transfer receipts showing that the money was immediately sent to Peace Matunda’s Tanzanian bank)

Alternate Donation Method

International transfers are not as scary as they seem…. as long as you send your money through a secure provider, type in the correct details we have given you, then your money will arrive safe and sound to us within around 5 working days! We also have the privilege of being supported by a number of organisations across the world who you can donate through for either specific funds or general giving. In these instances you will need to be a resident of that country in order to transfer through them. Should you be a resident of that country, you may also be eligible to receive a tax receipt on your donation.

Tax Receipts

Tax receipts are receipts given upon request to donors who wish to claim tax back on charitable donations (subject to your country’s laws and regulations). The supporting organisations we list below are able to give you a receipt upon request, should you choose to donate through them. As stated above however, you will need to be a resident of that country and be transferring through a bank within that country. You will need to check with your tax authority however, on how, when and if this is applicable to you. Please note that if donating directly through to Peace Matunda, we can only provide you with our own receipt and this may not be valid for tax return in your own country.

Peace Matunda Transfer Details

If you wish to donate straight to Peace Matunda, please use the following details. Always remember to use a safe and secure provider (such as your own bank). International transfers of money in most cases require you to pay an additional fee. This varies by transfer provider and country. Please check with your provider first and remember to add this amount on to your donation.

Peace Matunda has a US Dollar account. Payments must be made in US dollars.
